About Us
CEO and founder Nichelle Harvey is a mother of 2 boys. Her oldest son is Autistic and like most new parents, in the beginning she struggled to balance her everyday life, working as an ICU nurse, and caring for her son. During a family vacation in the Dominican Republic, while sitting by the pool, she observed other families vacationing but was not really enjoying the full experience of what a vacation should be all about. Many of those parents were mostly hanging out with their kids or had to resort to participating in kid friendly activities for the entire trip. This too was Nichelle and her Fiancé’s reality and so this gave birth to the idea of Break Relief Sitters and Nannies, LLC.
